Jessica Auletta

Intake and Case Selection Manager

Jessica Auletta is the Intake and Case Selection Manager at Making an Exoneree. She earned her JD from Suffolk University Law School, where she participated in an innocence clinic and legal externship focused on case reinvestigation and legal advocacy, and completed a directed study on prosecutorial misconduct and its impact on the criminal justice system.

After law school, Jessica worked on criminal justice policy supporting national efforts to reduce mass incarceration and reform community supervision systems. Most recently, she served as Interim Executive Director and Director of Case Intake and Investigations at a statewide innocence organization, where she led complex case evaluations, managed investigations, and directed advocacy to advance systemic reform. She also served as an adjunct professor, directing and teaching an innocence legal clinic dedicated to reinvestigating wrongful conviction cases.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology & Criminal Justice, Law & Public Policy, and Psychology from Northeastern University.
